Refund Processing

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing time may add 5-7 additional days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Account suspension due to violation of terms

After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your Pro access will be revoked and you will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can continue using the free features of the platform.
